Health and Safety Guidelines

Most classes are open for in-person participation. Please refer to our guidelines to plan for your return.

Covid Safe Guidelines for In Person Classes and Activities:

  • Complete and SUBMIT the health screener, found in the portal class check-in, by 4:30pm on weekdays, 10:30am on Saturdays. This includes taking and recording temperatures as late as possible.

  • Everyone must wear a mask at all times. Masks should be on before entering the building. Adult and child sized masks are available, if needed.

  • No more than 6 students in one room at one time. Individual teachers may have different requirements.

  • Everyone should use provided hand sanitizer upon entering and after using the restroom.

  • No one is allowed to stand around outside within 8 feet of the door, so that others can safely enter.

  • No smoking in or by the building.

  • Remain 6 feet apart at all times. Parents will be required to help their students with dressing and rest room care, if needed.

  • Only one parent can wait in the upstairs lobby at once. Students under the age of 7 (or with behavioral concerns) must have a parent in the building. Students under the age of 18 and do not drive themselves must have a parent on the premises (can be a carpool parent for multiple students). A responsible adult must be available to pick up a child, when asked to. Sick students will be kept in a room alone, when possible, or asked to wait for parents outside.

No one should come in with any symptoms of Covid-19. If unsure, because of allergies, take allergy medication. if symptoms persist or no medication is taken, join class online. The following also applies to those not fully vaccinated:

  • Stay home for at least 14 days when: You/your student or someone in your household has tested positive for Covid-19, or has symptoms after being in close contact with someone who has tested positive. Return only when your test is negative, symptoms are gone, and you are fever free, without medication, for at least 24 hours.

  • Stay home for at least 10 days when: You/your student has been exposed to someone with Covid-19, tested negative, and have no symptoms.

  • Stay home for at least 7 days when: There is a positive case in your/your child/s school, daycare, after school activity, or sports team.

Let's continue to work hard to keep everyone safe and stay open for those who need it.
